Madhrasi chai
The founder of Madras Chai, Nancy, is originally from Madras in South India (hence the company name). She loves a perfect cup of chai. Feeling homesick after moving thousands of miles from Madras to Boston, Nancy missed that chai over which she has had plenty of conversations. “The right chai made with perfect blend of spices is magical” she proudly says. With ten years of experience working in the food industry, owning a cafe and as a manager in flour bakery, Nancy has perfected the art of making chai concentrate through the many reviews from many customers and cafe managers/owners. Her perfected chai is made with fresh ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and pepper. “Now, anyone and any cafe can make the perfect chai by just adding milk!” she states and then continues: “Life's too short to drink bland chai!”
